Newspaper! Wear gloves though. Or, next you'll be asking how to get ink off your hands. (Hair spray.)

use a spray bottle with ammonia and water ( guaranteed streak free) dont use papertowels , alot of the times the ink that is in printed papertowels make the streaks...just use a clean white rag..(do not use newspaper the ink will leave a film)

Also, do it when it isn't hot out, or the sun isn't shining on the windows in question.
The heat makes your windex/cleaning liquid dry too fast, and in turn leaving streaks.

Try cleaning it with plain rubbing alcohol and paper towels. I've tried this on mirrors and windows and it works great.

use the newspaper insted of paper towels when you clean with Windex. Also my dad uses his own homemade window cleaner made of white vinager, water and a squirt of dish soap, he has had pretty good sucess with this recipe.

the problem is they don't make windex like they use to.
Try "invisible glass" by stoner available at wal-mart. It's not you.
Good luck
