here are 2 options that you could probably pull off with stuff you already have and by buying some cheap things:
-football player (wear a jersey, jeans or pants, hair in pig tail braids and black lines under eyes)
-school girl (pleaded mini skirt, knee high socks, pump mary janes, white bottom down shirt, blazer and hair straight and pulled back it hair band).

Go to a place like Old Navy or JC Penny and head straight to the clearance section.
Find a skirt, top, and/or dress that is torn and therefore really really cheap.
Buy it/them.
This should cost you no more than $10 if you do it right.
Take your new clothes, and tear holes in them right and left. And remember, don't feel bad-- it was already torn, right?
(Make sure to wear a bra/camisole underneath)
Wear Neon colored tights.
Put your hair into a sideways ponytail, or tease it and use lots of hairspray.
Funky colored makeup, a head band, and plastic jewelry will complete the look. You are now a very hot, very sexy 80's chick!
Simple, hot, and cheap. Not bad, eh?

Try going to a thrift store and look for some hot vintage clothes. Sometimes they even have halloween costumes. I know the thought of wearing someone elses clothes is odd but for halloween i don't see the problem with it.
Only problem with them is you have to look and look but some of them have dressing rooms, good luck! I hope you find something! =]]

music is needed. it may completely set the temper. additionally, have some contests and video games. it is low fee, and all of us could have a reliable time. (gown contest, bobbing for apples, and so on) in case you do a seek online for halloween recipes, you could arise with some quite gory, yet scrumptious ones to purpose. are not getting so worked up in the main important factors which you forget to have a reliable time too!!

you can go to good will or a place called savers . they sell used costumes. or you could even get something there that isn't a costume per say.
i saw alot of prom dresses, i'm sure you do something with one of those.
you could always buycat ears and a tail and just wear it with something cute of yours already, and get some fake lashes for eyes, that wouldn't cost hardly anything.

check places like k-mart or walmart...they have really nice adult sized costumes some for less than 20 dollars...or get one of those headbands with horns and a tail and a fake pitchfork and if you have something sexy in all red go as a she-devil

Well, look on the internet for a vintage makeup style and hairstyle, find an ourfit in your closet that looks vintage (or go to goodwill) and slap it together.
