what i ment was that some people play around with the engine, i dont know what they really do its confusing and they customize the ECU...... my honda accord isn't a family car (the asshole that said it was) its a V6 2 door car - i don't think i family can fit in it... any other ideas?

If you dont want to add anything? well you can take away stuff. you can take out the back seats and carpet and anything that can lighten it. lightening the car will help. also you can make sure your tires are inflated correctly. low tire pressure well make the acceleration slower. learn to have good starts. either left foot on brake and right foot flooring the accelerator before the start for automatics, or dropping the clutch for manual. make sure you dont race in areas with many cars. think first be safe. ;)

For imports it's very important to lose weight since they are only v4. -Remove extra seats that you don't need -Remove the spare tire -Replace your wheels with fly weight wheels like the XXR wheels. -Use Carbon Fiber Hood -Carbon Fiber Trunk -Put new headers -Larger spark plugs -Nitrous Oxide -Super charger (if you don't want a turbo, then this baby can do the trick!) -New Engine. Throw an H22a or a K20 in there. -Bucket Seats -Never put a roll cage unless your car can go below 12 second on a quarter mile or else it's useless. -New computer That's all I can think of right now. Hope this helps.

Without adding or changing anything? (a) throw it off a mountain, but that only makes it fast once. -or- (b) quit racing a stock Accord. It's a family car, not a sports, nor race car. I would personally laugh at you if you tried to race me, then I'd start in third gear and let you look at my tail lights until they disappear. So on to option c. (c) spend about $4000 under your hood and quit letting people laugh at you. - no offense meant.

well first of all is if your accord is a 4 cylinder and your tryin to race it stock , ahaha good luck with tha.. 6 cylinder and its stick and ur racing it stock ehh thats ok then.. what you need is a intake, headers, racing your car stock your always gonna loose duhh... if you want u can take out the spare tire in the back so your car weighs less and remove any other crap out of it so no unnecessary weight...

the best way to make your car go faster is to press down on the little peddle on the right side of the break peddle. Its called an accelerator. If you press down on it it makes your car go faster.... If you are in gear that is.
