i dont know but i loe i tunes - and im sooooo thinking about getting an IPod!!!

I think tht they r popular cuz you can travel w/them easily, and they are small & compact. You can put pictures on them, and they hold about 1,000-2,000 songs if you but the rite ones. If they scratch easy then put a case on it. Somethin that'll protect the actual paint coat or the screen.

I'm not an applemac fan but the itunes software is great .... thinking of getting an ipod simply because of the itunes - it just works better & it's what they're (apple) are good at.
Anyway ...... all posh technology scratches easily unless you wrap it up!

i like them because there portable and stuff but so is a mp3. I got mine for free anyways. But yea they sure do get scratched and everything alot. They need to be taken care of.

only cos they look snazzy- i gave mine back after 2 days- there are some problems with it not recognising some stuff i converted using another programme that it doesn't recognise as music so i think it's a futile little gadget. Only looks good- doesn't perform so great

ipods are the latest fads. they been fads for so long. everyone jumps on whatever is hot today. and everyone has an ipod. i don't like ipods though. i've always been a fan of creative (creative.com). they have great mp3 players that are so easier to work with and cooler than ipods.
