I've read alot of crap on this site-people saying iron maiden are jewish. now i'm not prejudice but i've been a maiden fan for years and I know for a fact that their not jewish, does anyone know why people say that?

I can think of several reasons:
1) Steve Harris' father is Jewish, what makes him of a Jewish descent.
2) On "Somewhere In Time"'s cover you can see clear Hebrew words: "י-י", and "יהוה"- god's names.
3) In "Piece Of Mind", Dickinson sings of a magician who could make "Kfitzat Derech" (קפיצת דרך), which is a Kebbalic- Hebrew term.
Anyway, I would it bother you much?
