Technically, yes. Immoral refers to activity which is external to the cultural mores of a society. Uncouth activities are those which are generally external to the desirable mores of a society.

To be uncouth is to be clumsy and inll-mannered. That isn't necessarily immoral but it is incredibly rude [that is to fit a certain situation that being uncouth is disrespectful]... So the answer is no.
