I think a taupe will look great on your fair skin. Use a shimmery brown if you want a little more color. Apricot blush gives a very natural tone. Don't use pink, it might look a little too pink on your fair skin. Pastel colors are also good for cool tones. Try light pinks on your eyes, light greens, etc. Good luck!

I think a Beach Blonde like really bright blonde but not bleached. Some makeup tips would be brown brings out the natural blue in blue eyes, so try for brown eyeshadow and maybe a white eyeliner to give a summery look. Hope these help.

1. To determine your most natural eyeshadow color, stand in a well-lit room and use your hand to cast a shadow on the inside of your wrist (where the skin color is closest to the color of the skin on your face). Buy an eyeshadow that is the same color as that shadow.
2. Use a kind of dusky pink or pink blush.
3. I don't know what color your lips are, but try holding the lipsticks next to your lips and comparing them in the mirror.

the right mauve/pink shade looks really good on brown eyes. Purple eyeliner makes brown eyes pop, but you don't look like you're wearing purple eyeliner. I also have a beautiful color liner that very deep burgandy with flecks of black/gold. Looks awesome

I personally would recomend shades of warm brown to bring out your eyes, or maybe some greens. There is also a servey that gives you that info on covergirl's website

nothing but keeping ur look natural. dont add any make up because regardless of what type of makeup u use it would always be unnatural if the color is really urs.
