You really need to put your "thinking cap" on, dear. Maybe the person was famous or in some way made a contribution to society. Does that make sense to you?

The person could be the founder or an early resident of the area.

they donated a large amount of $$ or they did something incredible or fought in a war and lived in that particular street. maybe they were a hero of sum sort.
