While your current book is open...
-Go to "File Open" and open the book that you want to copy
-Go to "Window" and open a new window, and vertically or horiz. "split" them.
--You will now have BOTH open at the same time and you can copy one to the other by many means....

Hope THAT helps....
Good Luck!!!!

Rather than copying it within Excel, shut down excel and go to where the excel file (with an xls extension) is saved. Copy that file and you get everything in it.
