CALCIUM! :) According to the research of Dr. Joel Wallach, high blood pressure is caused by a calcium deficiency. I own a wellness center in Tampa FL and have seen many people who had high blood pressure and after starting a nutritional regimen with extra calcium, saw it receding. Give it at least 90 days, though - as nutrition needs to build up in the body.

WARNING: Treating high b/p with calcium could be very bad, especially if you have a magnesium deficiency.
MAGNESIUM FOR HYPERTENTION
Magnesium is often used to treat mild B/P or assist other methods. Too much calcium will delete your magnesium and could cause many other symptoms such as headaches, insomnia, muscle cramps, constipation or depression.

OTHER HELPFUL IDEAS
- Also try selenium/zinc together: If you have a toxic build up from cadmium (a metal poison) this lower it. Cadmium casuse high bp.
- Sesame oil for cooking or dressing.
- Aroma Therapy With The Essential Oil Ylang Ylang

Good luck!!
