I'm 18 so i know its not growing pains and i still haven't had my period and i had sex last on October 1 and my last period ended on September 16. Also, when i get hungry i get a headache. Those things don't normally happen before my period starts

This is one of the first signs of pregnancy. OR it could be too much caffeine--or it could be fibrocystic breast disease(not as serious as it sounds. )

Your period could be late, and tender breasts could be a symptom of the period coming. It could be a new development. You're only 18, still growing and changing. If you don't get your period in a day or so, I'd go get a test, just to be safe, but periods can be like, a week late and its no big deal.

Your period could be making a change. Its normal for a womans breast to ache before, during and after her period. The aching sometimes starts sooner, and sometimes it lasts longer.
Is there a possiblility of being pregnant? That may have something to do with it too.

Preganacy test and now! Sore boobs are most womens first signal of pregnancy was for me with my 3 anyhow! That and visible veins under the breast tissue..go check now in the mirror.. 18......too young....sort out some birth control if it isnt too late.

If you didn't use some form of contraceptive, get yourself an over the country pregnancy test. Your dates sound ominous.

sometimes I get paranoid that I might be pregnant and I get psychosomatic symptoms that make me really nervous. Take a test and see but don't completely freak out yet.

You should definately get a pregnacy test. I have 3 kids.. Get one now... do you feel butterflies in your stomach.
