NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

I've heard that you can make a paste out of cigarette ashe that will help to pull the toxins to the surface. Also a poultice from an aloe plant.....these are old wives tales talked about by my granny. I have used the cigarette ashe to remove hair color that stained my skin in the past and poultices from cactus plants are wonderful to remove inflammation and infections from wounds (wrapped around an ingrown toenail, worked great) etc.

Home Acne Remedies
There are many home remedies, which can get rid of your acne problems within three days. But you must be sure that your skin is not acutely sensitive to products like lemon, papaya, orange, garlic, eggs etc. Be sure of these factors before making any use of products that contain them.
There are various medications that are available in different forms such as pastes, juices or oils.
You can even make them at home.
Pastes can be made out of various elements such as a) honey and cinnamon powder b) fresh fenugreek c) roasted and powdered pomegranate skin with lime juice d) sandalwood water e) radish seeds with water f) orange peel g) turmeric power etc. These pastes are usually applied during the nighttime and are retained for about 15 minutes on the skin or overnight. When it dries, the skin is rinsed with warm water. They are usually appropriate for skin that is affected by whiteheads, blackheads, pimples, andrashes and for skin allergies.
Limejuice is widely used for treating pimples; it can be mixed with any of the following substances: cinnamon powder, water, groundnut oil, drumstick pods or boiled milk. These mixtures easily help you in the removal of blackheads, cracks, whiteheads and pimples. After maintaining it on the skin for about 20-30 minutes cleanse it with warm water.
Materials like orange peels; fresh garlic, and mint juice, juice of raw papaya can be applied directly around the areas of pimples. Fresh mint juice is usually suggested for treating pimples, insect stings and eczema. Ripe tomato pulp can be applied on the pimples. You can also make use of essential oils to relieve yourself from acne.
Add hot water into a bowl and add a few drops of essential oils into it. Bring your face closer to the bowl and cover your face and the bowl with a towel. Remain at least 8 inches away from the bowl. Keep your eyes shut till the water cools down. Gently beat the face with a towel and later spray your face with a toner to clog the pores and to balance the skin’s pH factor.
Home remedies are relatively cheaper compared to other treatment and quick to prepare. It can be prepared at home with ease.
