Yep a change in food oftern results in a change in poop. Apple sauce and juice also have a natural laxative to them. If you notice this you may want to try another fruit to see what reaction he has to that. My daughter loves the apples and plums.

It's probably the applesauce. My daughter always had the same reaction and also with apple juice when she got older. Go back to just the cereal for a few days and see how he does with just that and then introduce something different and see how he tolerates that. Good luck!

Could be a sign of an allergic reation I would take him off the applesauce for now and try back later if he has the same reation it is most likely the applesauce he's allergic to then talk to your doctor about it.

It's the applesauce. It has no nutritional value. By the way, don't give apple juice either. If the loose/runny stools persist, see your doctor -- your baby may be sensitive to rice, too.

get him off the apple sauce! This is what is causing the diarrhea. you can try oatmeal cereal. Apples have a lot of fiber and its a laxative for small children.

I think that can be normal...I know you should introduce one food at a time which it sounds as if you did. That way you can know what may be causing the problem...
I haven't fed a baby of that age in awhile but I would make sure to just call the Dr. and check what they recomend!
Good luck!
