Red Spots ... What could it be ?

I have red spots on my feet, hands and on my face ..... They sort of feel itchy but not that bad. I dont feel sick in myself at the moment. What could it be ?

eczema.. There are other possibilities but i am not sure of the spelling.. Im sure someone here will be able to tell you..
