How do I move them? The four arrow thing only lets me move them horizontally or vertically. I want my Home, Print, etc above my Yahoo toolbar

Explorer 7.0 is fixed in position u cant do any thing...and soon u will get many many errors..because this version really toggles the waist of Internet Explorer..its un reliable..and even now u can not uninstall it...Some how in future u will recieve many many bugs that u will be irritated..wish u a luck with this version..huh..babye

Right click on toobar until a drop down box opens and and be sure .. lock toolbars... is unchecked
Just click around the toolbar until a 4 sided arrow shows up.. then drag it where you want it. Really Kewl.. :)
