If Sylvia Brown can tell people where their missing loved ones are why isn't she working for the FBI?

I didn't know who this person was so visted her web site. She and her son, Chris, claim to have been psychic from birth, are strong catholics and have started their own church, Novus Spririticus. In this she claims to have trained Ministers to help in Spriritual Healing , althouigh she stresses that they are not psychics. (Only she and Chris are so gifted).She and Chris offer 'telephone readings', whatever they are and, guess what? They charge for them, current fees are:-

A phone consultation with Sylvia or Chris lasts approximately 20-30 minutes.

This sounds mighty fishy and very expensive to me. They are obviouisly charlatans out to deprive the gullible of their hard earned cash. There is no such thing as 'psychic ability' altghough there is a thing known as 'confidence trickery'. These people are very good at convincing you that they are in touch with your loved ones when you are vulnerable, but not so good at contacting victims of murder and asking 'Who did it?' That's why she doesn't work for the FBI. She's too busy making money and the spirits don't really talk to her.

Remember the parable that Jesus taught about the rich man. When he asked Jesus how to get into the Kingdom of Heaven Jesus said, 'Give away all that you have and follow me.' At this the rich man was saddened and turned away. I bet she and her son would too.

My advice is never, ever, listen to these people or pay them money. Also every time she appears on this TV show, ring the TV company and complain that they are encouraging the Devil's work. It tells you many times in the Bible that contacting the dead may only be done through the Devil, so she is either a Devil's disciple, or lying. There's no other choice.

I have known dear friends who have been cheated by these people. Don't fall for them and, don't forget, ring the TV company and complain.

haha ive wondered the same thing..but idk if i believe everything she says.. yet i still watch her when shes on montel lol
