If they don't want to bother learning it, then hell yeah! There's nothing more frustrating than trying to communicate with someone who doesn't speak any English whatsoever!

What would you do with all the American deaf people whom you don't understand? Maybe not deport them, but, make it an amendment to learn English or pay for their own interpreters. Deport them if they have no intention of becoming legal American Citizens, and participating in paying taxes, social security, etc. Follow the same rules we as citizens follow or go home.

I agree with stimply.(sp?)
Wonder how many natives thought that to.? So u better just be satisfied for all them imports, or they might send you to work, often the imported people have to come here to work,while others are on social assistance for no good reason.So think before you post a remark that will only get you More negative remarks.

So if you went to, say, Rome, Paris, Brazil, on vacation and you don't speak the language-should they let your a%% off the plane?
What if your job transferred you to Japan, or Germany? Should you get kicked out because speak "American"?
And since I'm assuming you're not Native American, where would you be if your ancestors were thrown out when they got here?

No but I think there should be a law that they have to learn english or attempt to within the first two years they are in this country.

If they're going to live in our country, they should learn the language. Don't come on to my turf and expect me to understand your Polish, Spanish or whatever...that's why I don't live in those countries! And I get tired of hearing about the illegal aliens that have been here for like 20 something years and they STILL don't speak English! They're illegal and yet their kids are American citizens...makes no sense to me at all!

Deported ..not necessarily...but given special treatment and expect everybody else to learn their language...NO WAY!!
