I am 48 yrs. old and have not experienced an orgasm (vaginal or clitoral) yet. HOW do I do this?

I am currently going through a divorce from a man that I faked every orgasm with for as long as I've known him (26 years). I can't believe he couldn't tell I was faking! I NEVER experienced the pleasure of release. In addition, masturbation was out of the question so I've never learned the proper technique.

I think I was close recently during a sexual experience with a good friend. However, we have not had the opportunity to revisit this "happy place" since this person wants to focus on other areas of his life at this time.

Please HELP!

You can get any question answered & find any toy you want along with other peoples reccomendations.
It is an on line adult toy store and a whole lot more - in case you feel odd going into your local shop.

damn! There's two types of chick-gasms. Vaginal and clitoral. But it sounds like you know that. Experiment. Most women experience clitoral orgasms more frequently than vaginal...I think. At least via masturbation, because it's easier to reach. Just experiment! Rub and push and make cute little circle thingies, and keep doing it. Don't go too hard or crazy, because you'll over stimulate the thing. Just go slow and work yourself up, and you're instincts will take over on when you should speed up and get more intense. As for vaginal orgasms, go buy a vibrator or something. Buy online if your embarassed. There's some websites out there that deal with orgasms, mostly meant as a guide for men on how to get women off - but just do some searches for female orgasms and you'll find the sites.
Good luck with your sexual explorations!
As a friend of mine today said, "I am the Christopher Columbus of sexual explorations." That should be your role model. Sort of. The guy actually isn't a very good role model.

Since you are getting a divorce it is a good idea to put distance and time between you and your ex. Concentrate on your mission and not on the divorce because what you are doing is important and should have all of your attention. Some things happen for a reason. My motto is 'when one door closes another one opens" And I am speaking from experience. Hang in there, and we are all so proud of the sacrifice that you all are making for our country.

Well for starters you need to start to experiment with what feels good to you..I suppose everyone has a different way of masturbating. I use something soft and lay on my tummy and rub my clit till I come. You will just need to try things that feel good for you...whether it is manual or with a toy..Don't be embarrassed to try new things..believe it or not most men love to watch you masturbate..So if you do find something you like and you can't orgasm with intercourse then show him how you like it and maybe it will work if does it too.

oh honey i feel so bad for you. 48 and no orgasm yet?? now that is sad. you need to find a good sex book and/or some sex toys learn how to please yourself first, before anyone else can do it for you. there are some really good sites like drugstore.com where you can buy some awesome vibrators. no woman should ever have to fake it because a man is to insensitive to check whether he's really making her happy. happens all too often though. good luck to you. p.s. those stores like drugstore.com will ship the products discreetly too, no need to worry. go buy yourself something.:)

Are YOU against masturbation? Because if not, you need to go online or to your nearest sex shop and buy yourself a vibrator ASAP!!!!!!! 26 years of marriage is TOO long to be faking it. You need no instructions for the vibrator, just put it on your clit and let 'er rip. You will feel like a new woman!!! Good luck in your experimentation!

suggest you find some self help books at a bookstore under human sexuality. Of course if you have been faking it for 26 years....hard to believe....divorce is understandable here...you may have some difficulty believing what you read. C'mon lady, if kids can figure it out, you can.

Get a vibrator!

Also, if you don't know about your vaginal anatomy, it's maybe time to get a book and a mirror to see yourself down below. Just stimulate the clit (but if it hurts or is too sensitive, then stimulate nondirectly)

Good luck!

If you are serious locate your clitoris right below the top of your vulva it looks like a little knob lubricate your finger and rub the top of your outer and inner lips that cover that knob and enjoy the sensation for further details go to www.clitoris.com.
