The browser is where you access the internet ex. Internet Explorer, and the address bar is where the web site address is entered near the top of the screen.

The program that you run to see web pages is your browser.
The address bar is located at the top-- a white bar that contains the current page addy. You can backspace this out and paste your link there.

browser- it is what you use to go online on the internet to see webpages, also you may chose which type (Firefox, IE...) also it is a program on a computer
Adress bars are on top, but sometimes in mircosoft you can put the adress bar on the taskbar (you may set it that way)
