Get all the stuff needed to replace the tire. You know, all the stuff that comes with the truck. Go to the back and next to the license plate theres a place to insert a key. Insert yours trucks key and remove that thing. Assemble all the rods to make a really long rod and insert it into the hole. Twist and the tire is gonna start to drop. Do this until is all the way down. Then do the opposite to put it back in place.

Check the owners manual. But there is usually a long rod with your jack and spare that goes through a hole in the back bumper and turns this little thingy that lowers the spare.
Boy, that sounded like it was straight out of a technical manual.

There is an opening between the body and the rear bumper that the jack handle fits into to lower the spare. Just insert it and twist it to the left and the spare will lower.
