There are two times when women may experience spotting that is not connected with their period:
1. Some women spot when they are reaching their peak fertility--at ovulation. Some women always spot at this point in the cycle every cycle and others only periodically.
2. Some women experience spotting right after an embryo implants in the mother's womb. Some of the lining of her uterus exits the body and looks like spotting.
Pregnancy tests are available for as early as 5 days before your expected period, but they are, of course, increasingly less reliable. More information about their accuracy is available here: www.peeonastick.com

I'm 7 weeks pregnant, and at 1st, I had light spotting, which is normal for implantation bleeding, but was pretty crampy. My boobs were tender...It took 10 days after conception for me to find out I was pregnant with an hpt. I would go buy one and see. They're pretty accurate. (It was planned for us) Good luck with it.

it does take longer than 2 hours for the sperm to find its way to the egg and fertilize it....so no, based on the time frame you've described, your not pregnant. That's NOT to say you're not NOW.

To me sounds like you've experienced a little tear.

Not to sound like a prude, but you may want to consider holding off on the sex till you get the ring....

get a pregnancy test, no one can really answer that question. Or make an appointment with the doctor, there may be something wrong with you.
