It used to be that way but the Pricing has changed and most Airlines charge one way fares.

It isn't on Southwest and some other discount airlines. Southwest serves Seattle and also Spokane I believe.

They only sell one-way fares. If you are going round-trip, you basically buy two one-way fares. Good luck!
