There are a bunch out there but none of the ones I have tried (like VSE) seem to work. It's ok if it uses delayed data but it can't do this ignore limit orders/fill market orders at random times and random prices thing. Thanks.

Investopedia.com has a working stock simulator. Go and check it out, i used it during my finance class and it was fine.

Try Trade Center. Its 40 bucks a month but you only have to register by the month, no yearly rate as far as I know. Its put out by the group "Teach me to Trade" which is a 400 dollar seminar. Unlike every other trading group on the market by the way.
