I'm not sure what you mean, but if you mean he owes support that he hasn't paid for your child, then go to the [county] courthouse and have them send an order to have his check attached (garnished). . someone at the court likely can tell you who to talk to, if they aren't the actual person to talk to

It's very simple, call the social security office and give them the information they request. Checks can take several months to appear, but they do pay back checks.
