and equivalent to indian m.b.b.s.,degree ;i am told china is offering medical acceredited degrees at a very most economical cost whether the china,s medical degree is recognised by develoed countries -is there any other alternatives to get said medical degree as my son has scored about 70 percent marks in an average in +2 class

You better try for AFMC it is one of the premier and leading medical institutes.They conduct all India exam every year the details of which you get if you keep a tab on employmentnews.gov.in.
