Anyone know why I can't log onto my netBank? I use it at home in Aus., and now can't log on here in USA.

I'm staying with my daughter and wonder if its because of her provider, as I cant use my laptop either. I believe hers is a cable network. Would this make a difference?

Thank you for your question.

I have had a look over the Commonwealth Bank's technical features, As you can see from the attached link, NetBank has technical problems with certain browsers.

There is a browser test that you can do to see whether the browser on your daughter's computer is compatible.
