She looks a lot like the old "un-fancy" guppies look like when pregnant - she gets fat and darkens up a bit in the area forward of the tail. Those things are almost always pregnant....

She gets a big belly. Guppies give birth to live young. It's pretty cool to see. The bigger the female, the more guppy puppies she'll have. Part her abdomen is clear, and you can see little fish eyes.
