No, you're not considered a nympho if you don't actually go out and look for it. If you think it that often and act upon it, it is psychological and needs to be looked into- it is filling a void in your life that needs to be examined. Lust is having it and don't care about the consequences or with who; I had many clients in the past very fearful even discussing it. They just went out and did it, and they regret it now- it's tragic because some people have this notion that thinking about sex that much is normal behavior and acceptable, it's not. If you feel you are going downhill because you are constantly having sex, masturbating and / or pornographic magazines, I encourage you to speak to someone you trust and that is supportive of your situation. You may do what you wish with this information, I just wanted to answer with my experience.

God I hope not or Im a nympho too!! I think its just much better to sit and think about sex all the time rather than things that stress you out!

No its the act that makes you a nympho. Usually the 2 go hand in hand but for guys its natural.
