Virtual Villagers?

I have completed 14 out of 16 puzzles in the game virtual villagers. the only two left are the milestones with the fish with stars and what looks like a treasure chest.Does anyone know how to complete these? answer me quickly and honestly!

Drag your master builder around and he will eventually notice something in the sand and start excavating a buried treasure.
