Let your lips do the talking. Meaning give him a good kiss on the mouth, that will remove all doubt as to how you feel.

You can't MAKE anyone do anything that they don't want to.
And, it is time for you to learn that with some guys, the more you want them to do or say something, the less they want to do it.
Female brains are different than male brains. Females tend to over analyze things and verbalize things over and over again.
Men on the other hand, tend to not verbalize things. They often like to mull things over things in t heir head. They are most task ortinated. They also don't feel the need state the obvious. And they definatly don't want to feel like they are forced to say something that they arn't ready for. Also they just arn't in to relationships as young as girls are into relationships.
As a boy matures and becomes a man, they often learn to be more open and more expressive about their feelings.
No one wants to feel that they are made to tell someone something. So, back off on encouraging him to say how he feels.
You sound very young and at your age you might have a crush on a different guy each month. Your feelings are serious but you are young enough to not do much about it.
Any guy who feels a girl breathing down his back will pull away.
Also, if a guy feels like a girl who likes him more than what he is ready for he will push away.
Just be comfortable. He will respond more to you if you chill rather than MAKE him do anything.

Honey you just described most men! You have men that express their love and some that just don't. Maybe it's something that's just not in him to do. Therefore you can't make him cause if you try to make him then he'll just say things just because it's what you want him to do. When it comes down to things of this nature you want it to be truly from their heart and not just something to shut you up. So for now you have to just deal or move on.

You can't make him tell you. He will tell you in his own time. Men do not express emotions like women do. He may also do things to "show" you, instead of just coming out and saying.

ask him to go out one night while you guys are having a good time slowly tell him what you like and see if he will tell you anythign back or gett him to drink a little i know its wrong but alchol can sometimes be truth suruem. good luck

guys are stubborn, you can rarely make them do anything that doesnt involve sex, food or sleeping LOL.
so just tell him how you feel about him..and he'll respond..
hes probably just really shy about it and doesnt know how to break the ice.
