I don't know.. I think it may be more of a sign that you need to rest and put your feet up.
If you continue to swell, get a doctors appointment ASAP.

No, it's a sign that you are 38 weeks pregnant. You will have your baby soon, but swollen hands and feet are just because your body has so much fluid in it right now! Wear your wedding ring on a chain around your neck. Your swelling will go down after labor!!

No it isnt. However, 38 weeks along makes you full term and labor can happen at anytime. But im sure you already know that. Good luck and Congrats!

no, it just means you're really pregnant. Dont take your shoes off when you're away from home.. lol. Happens to pregnant women a lot. They go visit someone, take their shoes off, and have to drive home barefoot. And its a bit cold for that nonsense right now :)
