I see where you are coming from, but the way you are putting things over to us would seem pretty much like a catch 22 situation. No effort can be over mind if the mind does not tell first what it is what you want to achieve and what you want to achieve it for.

Mind over effort because even when I do not want to do something physically which I can it is still the mind or sheer stubborness that gets it through
