Bob Dylan, Wilco, Nirvana, Fruitbats, Aimee Mann, Cash Brothers, Mazzy Star.
I love Mermaid Avenue by Wilco and Billy Bragg.
All of the Mazzy Star albums are great to listen to late at night, maybe especially so if you're drunk.
