Not that I don't like it but every time it rains crows start pulling leaves off the gutters and dropping it on my deck.

Because of the rain, you may be getting more leaves falling in your gutters than otherwise and some of those leaves will have bugs on them. There may also be bugs that become more active when the mositure in the air is higher. Crows are opportunistic in their search for food and amazingly adaptable, so I'd say that they're pulling out the leaves to look for bugs, and because the gutters limit the bugs' places to hide (versus the bugs on the ground which are very hard to catch sometimes) it's easier for the crows to find them -- and have a feed!

Ahem...Could you send a few of those crows over here? You have some pretty shrewd birds.

From my last experience cleaning my gutters......
I waited all season, then cleaned, YUCK!! there were grubs and catapillars hidding in the leaves and gunk. Totally disgusting.
So possibly the crows are enjoying a free meal.

If they clean the gutters at all, could you get them to come to my house?
