I believe that there is no god, so your question is meaningless. If god exists, why did he let the holocaust happen? Why did he "invent" cancer or small pox, killing hundreds of millions of innocents over the ages? There were almost 30 attempts to kill Hitler, why did they all fail? Because god either doesn't exist, or he is impotent to do anything about it (so irrelevant), or he is unwilling to do anything about these things. The last option is the most disturbing. Feel free to believe any of these three options, there are no others.. We should try to get on with other humans simply for our own sake, so we don't exterminate mankind in the end. God has nothing to do with this.

God loves us all equally. I'm so sick of hearing people say that if you don't go to this church or that church you're not going to Heaven. It's a lie. Religion is satans way of separating the people of God. Yes we should do the same but some people are so brainwashed they'll never be able to.

God, the divine, loves all of us. He permeates the entire creation. However, there is a chasm between Him and us (by "us" I mean soul and not this perishable body). The entire struggle is to bridge this chasm and reach the divine/re-establish the connection with the divine. However, this gaping divide also causes differences and the resulting conflicts. Different religions have tried to find their own way out of this chasm. But the unfortunate fact is that many of them have mistaken their adopted path as TRUTH, forgetting that God is the only TRUTH. Paths are not ABSOLUTE; they are not the TRUTH. They are relative; they are just one of the many different ways to bridge the chasm and find a way to reach God. This ignorance/confusion about "path" as an absolute truth has been the bane of our existence. Christianity says that Jesus is THE way to God, making "path" also an absolute truth. Similarly, Islam says that only Prophet Muhammad/Qoran is the way to God; again making the same kind of assertion as Christianity does. The erroneous/ ignorant belief that "path" is absolute and thus one's own path is THE only path leads to intolerance and conflict. The prophets and important religious figures, because of divine inspiration/incarnation/higher spiritual energies, help guide the followers of that religion on a right path to God. But this does not preclude the possibility of existence of another right path suggested by another divinely inspired person/incarnation etc. For all of them the quest is to find the only truth, God, though from different right paths.

God did not create "Muslims", "Christians" etc. He only created his masterpiece "human beings" and loves them all. He does not see "Christian" or "Muslim"; he only sees his children. It is only we humans who, because of ego, have made mockery of the divine creation and vitiated the society with our narrow and intransigent opinions. In the realm of religion we need to be focused on the only truth, God, while avoiding the pitfall of believing in the absoluteness of path that is very important but not absolute like God.

Your approach to god being a man makes your question difficult: the spirit doesn't differentiate between persons or species as far as i can tell: it's apparant that we humans are here, in part, as caretakers and there have been dispensations (fatwa) like the 10 commands of the cristians, the rightous paramitas of india and the vices and virtues of lao tzu in order to guide us but, unless you consider the idea of avatar, the spirit doesn't intervene in the affairs of reality.

God lives a peaceful life unaware of human affairs. God does not love you, whether you are a Christian or a Muslim.

God loves all people. equally. However God is a jealous God and he will not have you idolize other things or people. He wants all your love towards him.

As for us we should love evryone the sane but due to personal like/dislikes and prejudices we are blinded and will never love one another as Christ loved us.a A

If there really was a god for real then I am sure this thing you call a god would love everyone or being it would be so far above us it would just mash us like we do ants when they get in the house.

Come on, Get real...

When a reporter asked biologist J.B.S. Haldane what his studies had taught him about God he stated " The Creator, if he exists, must have an inordinate fondness for beetles " There are more of them than any group of humans.

i believe if there is a god then he doesn't discriminate against us for our religious beliefs only our actions. god didn't "invent" religious sections, man did. people who are have fanatical religious beliefs are the people that cause problems in the world and discriminating against someone religious beliefs is a form of racism. if god didn't love us all equally then he wouldn't have given us free will to choose which religious sect we wanted to belong to, if any at all.
