A. They are the ultimate court of law. They decide if laws are constitutional or not. They are also the highest court of equity (civil cases), in which they will hear cases that are not constitutional in nature.

How bout E--declare legitimacy of precedents concerning cases from the lower courts and the legality of rulings in regards to the Constitution in undecided cases. Or F--to rule that George W. Bush violated the Geneva convention rules regarding invasion of a sovereign nation, FISA court laws, and the violation of detainees rights regarding torture?

i guess i would go with either A. or E. (none of the above). i feel their main job is to uphold the constitution by determining if things (ruling, new laws, whatever) are constitutional.
