Wow. Good question. Neither of them have any superpowers. The difference is that Batman is a master of martial arts, weapons, chemistry, and detective work. Boba Fett is a master of all kinds of long-ranged weapons.
So I guess the question is whether Batman could get past Boba Fett's guns. Because if he could, he'd have Boba Fett easily.

I'd have to say Boba Fett. Batman (although he came close) couldn't beat Superman, which would be as close to a Jedi as one could get, and while Boba himself never killed any Jedi that I'm aware of, he was cloned from a legendary Jedi-killer, Jango Fett. Which would lead me to believe that he would be capable of killing not only Jedi, but also the Batman.
Of course, he would only likely do it for the righ price.
