The main issues are being jealous with each other. I also have a stronger connection with one and not the other yet I love both of them. The other two fight a lot over past issues. They've been together for 9 years. I've only been with them for 6 months. It's my first relationship. It has nothing to do with sex. I know it sounds crazy but I am very much in love with them. Any advice or websites on this type of thing will be much appreciated...

This must be really hard for you, especially that this is your first relationship. However, I have been in a similar relationship and no longer due to the fighting and jealousy. We did try to talk it out but it seem to only last a few days. Now, I am not saying that it cannot work out, I actually have a friend who has a serious relationship with two others and they all live together is great harmony, it seems to be the right mix. They have their problems, but they always seem to work it out. It is amazing.Believe it or not, there are coupls counceling groups you can attend and if you look online, search for multiple couples counceling, depending on where you live.
Good Luck

I don't have any websites to give you, but I will tell you that for a relationship like this to work, you all have to decide what your ground rules are. You also have to make a promise to eachother that, although you will not all always agree on everything, you will agree to fight fairly. That will also come in handy if the other two are having an argument about you, or the relationship in general. Because they have been together for so long, they may use things that happened in the past as example or ammunition. However, since you are a part of the relationship now, make sure you don't get in the middle of their relationship issues from before. Jealousy is a choice. If you all have made the decision to be commited to eachother equally, than the jealousy that comes up is that person's own issue. There needs to be trust among all three of you that it is a commited and stable relationship. As for you being closer with one than the other-as with any relationship, it will take time to cultivate. Don't rush it, and don't feel guilty about it, and try to remember what it was about these two that attracted you in the first place.

You are living a nightmare that doesn't have to be. A relationship is of two and not three. A couple is about two people and a third is always a thorn. This is the way it was designed to work so stop living the masochistic way and get with the program. It takes two to tango; that's right, TWO. Dump one and keep one.

If it has nothng to do with sex , why are you there. When someone has been together that long you are a new person they are fighting because of you, bring another one in and they'll be fighting with you. They are just trying to impress you, how many others have came and gone in that 9 years..

They have been together for nine years and you are the newcomer. They are using you for whatever reason and you are going to end up hurt. This is not healthy for you. Find your own friends, Sweetie.
