my brain wont let me turn the computer off and my hands are stuck on the keyboard!!! how do i get off the computer??? someone help me!!! my mom is thinking about calling the internet police!!!

Step away from the computer slowly..... turn to look out a window.... wow what a nice day... maybe you should go outside....maybe you can meet some friends face to face and go for a walk or something else that requires you leave that room.
....Or this might work...
GET YOUR LAZY BUTT OFF THE DARN COMPUTER!!! HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING IN LIFE IF YOU CAN'T EVEN CONVINCE YOURSELF TO TURN OFF THE DARN SCREEN!!! MEET SOME REAL PEOPLE! HAVE A CONVERSATION THAT REQUIRES YOU TO MOVE YOUR MOUTH !!!
