Aren't you just returning his property? His dog poops all over your lawn and he refuses to clean it up or chain his dog.

No it's not acceptable, if he refuses to clean it up, call the local council's enviornmental health department to issue an enforcement order. If you're concerned about the dog call the RSPCA.

seems to me in the experience that your canines poop on your backyard then it is your organization ... extraordinarily for the reason which you clean it up interior an afternoon or 2. i'm not sure why this neighbor could bypass off on you like that and haven't any top to realize this. next time he does that (if there is one) in simple terms keep calm and if he threatens to call the law enforcement officials, grant to do it for him and bypass interior, get your telephone and initiate up dialing. positioned your telephone on speaker and walk in simple terms outdoors your abode to describe the placement to the law enforcement officials so your neighbor pays attention. stable luck

Not acceptable, but I'd sure do it anyway.
If the dog is off its leash without the owner around, call Animal Control to take the nuisance animal away.

YES! if i knew who was allowing their dog to poop in my yard, i'd pick it up and smash the poo into the owner's hand saying "oops! your dog dropped something!" with a big smile like i was doing them a favor. >:)

I suggest you put a whole bunch of it in a box, wrap it in pretty ribbons and put his dog's name on it...Just say you are returning the presents the dog left in your yard, cause you have no use for it.....

Yes totally acceptable. Once I even went as far as to place it on his door step, explaining to him that if I stepped in in again I'd then have to rip off his head and place it down his throat.

Sounds like a plan, unless it is the Hell's angel whose bike you knocked over a while ago, then eating it would work.

Hell yes! I suppose you can tell him and just have him come pick it up... His dogs souldn't be running around anyway... Ask him politely, then if that fails resort to "returning it to him" your way!

Yes, but try doing it at night when your neighbor is sleeping or at a time when you neighbor is not home.
