Neither had an offense,but great D's and pretty good special teams.The difference is The Ravens didn't allow their QB to lose a game,or try to win one.Can the Bears do that too??

Of course the 85 ' Bears would kill just about anybody.They had an offense,,,remember.

Never thought about it before, but youre right. Theyre very similar.
I think Chicago has a better offense now than the Ravens did (i still cant believe my Giants lost to a team with Trent Dilfer quarterbacking!).
But both defenses are remarkable, and its almost too close to say who is better.
If my arm was twisted, i'd have to say Chicago because of the slightly better offense.

Are you talking about the 85 Bears? The Bears would blow away the Raven's. No team that is in the salary cap era, would beat a team that didn't have the salary cap.
Are you kidding? The 85 Bears had a dominate RB in Walter Payton; one of the greats of all time; a great offensive line; Willie Gault for the long ball and Jim McMahon in his prime. It wouldnt' even be close.

Its unrelealistic to compare this year's bears to anyone right now. Their offense, while incredibly productive through the first 5 games, opened up a whole lot of questions against Arizona. It'll take time to determine if that offensive offensive performance was an aberration or not.
