Yes but it may take a bit longer to acheive. My friend got preg despite this problem, although if it is very severe it can cause infertility.

Yes, you can, and you can have a perfectly healthy baby at the end of it. It is more likely that you will have difficulty conceiving though because the erratic hormones from PCOS make it hard to determine when you are ovulating. Sometimes IVF is a better option because the Ova are harvested and put back fertile, worth considering if predicting ovulation proves difficult.

Yes you can, dont let any frightening stories scare you. I have PCOS, didnt realise at first until i found it hard to fall pregnant after about a year, (after talkin to others a year isnt long, but it felt like it) But it happened after 18 months, My midwife treated me like a normal pregnant woman, Then i tried for another, this time it took 15 months... Its worth the wait though!
Try to be posotive, and it will happen eventually.
It will when you least expect it - It just takes a little longer.
The very best of luck to you both

How does Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) affect a woman while pregnant?
There appears to be a higher rate of miscarriage, gestational diabetes, pregnancy-induced high blood pressure, and premature delivery in women with PCOS. Researchers are studying how the medicine, metformin, prevents or reduces the chances of having these problems while pregnant, in addition to looking at how the drug lowers male hormone levels and limits weight gain in women who are obese when they get pregnant.

hey ok i have polycystic ovary syndrome and yes i have a 2 year old son, after trying for 2 years i eventually fell pregnant,
it is not impossible it just takes time. if u have been trying for a year with no luck ur doctor as mine did sent me to the infertility clinic, after tests etc u can be prescribed a drug called Clomid.
How does it work?
Clomid tablets contain the active ingredient clomifene citrate (previously spelt clomiphene in the UK). (NB. Clomifene is also available without a brand name, ie as the generic medicine.)
Clomifene works by causing an increase in the levels of hormones in the female body which control the development and release of an egg. These hormones are released from the pituitary gland in the brain and are known as follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinising hormone (LH). FSH stimulates the ovaries and LH causes the release of an egg from the ovaries (ovulation).
Oestrogen normally causes the brain to stop releasing FSH and LH following ovulation, as part of the normal menstrual cycle. It does this by acting on receptors in a part of the brain called the hypothalamus, which sends messages to the pituitary gland.
Clomifene works by blocking the oestrogen receptors in the hypothalamus. This stops oestrogen from acting on these receptors, and therefore stops the message being sent to the pituitary gland. This results in the release of more FSH and LH from the pituitary gland. The increase in these hormones increases the chances of egg development and ovulation.
Clomifene is used to stimulate ovulation in women whose infertility is due to problems with ovulation.
What is it used for?
Infertility in women caused by failure of ovulation
dont give up hope of having a baby u will concevie it just takes time.
good luck xxx

It truthfully isn't a huge deal. just about each woman bargains with cysts. some unknowingly. in the time of being pregnant you will probable get a smash from them. They ensue from ovulation. they commonly type themselves out. I even have PCOS and had surgical treatment for it. I even have never had my cysts reason any style of concern mutually as pregnant and that i've got 4 young toddlers.
