reinstalling windows....... is there a way to install the drivers and ultilities without the CD ???

I can't find the drivers and ultitilies CD that came with my computer. However I need to download the drivers and ultities. Is it possible to download it on the DELL support website?

Yes, the DELL support website normally has all the drivers and utilities that your computer will need.

Otherwise, you can just call them and ask them to send you a new CD and they will send it to you for free. If they charge you, then I would complain that your computer is messed up without it.

Try going into Control Panel, then Click on SYSTEMS and then under the device driver tab you will see a list of all your hardware devices. You need to check to see which drivers you have on your computer that you need to install.
