Are you going so you can see The University of Texas spank whoever else makes it? They've won the Rose Bowl two years straight-beat Michigan in the 2004 game, and USC in the 2005 game.

No where. Most of the tickets go to corporations, sponsors, famous people, athletes, and many other connections. If you think your going to get a cheap ticket your crazy.
Be prepared to pay AT LEAST 250-1000/ticket.
