My wife has it, and she's been popping Darvacette like there's no tomorrow. It helps a little. If you are in the early stages, look into massage therapy, and other professional aids. If you are as far gone as my wife, it's a very risky surgery. There are also pain patches, which my wife gets by the gross on prescription. It's all got to come from the doctor. B.

I have a regimen that I do which is daily stretching and exercises to strengthen my abs and back muscles. A change of diet has helped me tremenously. When I have pain I use ice therapy for 20 minutes following by a heating pad. I dontt put anything in my back pockets as this can have a tendency to cause further misalignment. I purchased a memory foam topper for my be that helps me sleep better and wake up more refreshed. I go see a chiropractor 2 times a month.

Yes, I do not have and never before experienced pain. I did Physical therapy, stopped drinking soda and ate more healthy foods, got lots of muscle. It is all straight now except for a very slight wave when I slouch. Good luck to you I have had 36 X rays total! :) PT is painful but SO WORTH IT!@!! You can even do them at home! I have it,and the only real way to get rid of pain is to see a chiropractor. He will massage your sore spots, and crack your back.
