I recently finished my period, and have notice there are brown stains on my underwear. Can someone tell me is this normal after having a period..I am 45 could this be the start of memo=pause??

Yes its normal I have that its just left over blood from your period.

Actually, menopause starts in most women in their late 30's. It's just not obvious for awhile. Go have your estrogen level checked.

your too young for the menopause, you could have a blood test taken which will tell if you are.
