They say the price for Windows Vista will be around 350-400$
Someone tell me that I can save money when buying them in Europe from online Polish PC-shops where the price will be around 100$ for English versions. Do anyone have the website adress to any off these shops?
Is it allow to use them - or who care

Always be skeptical about people selling very low priced software. They are often selling pirated copies. I know a lot about the software industry and it would surprise me if Windows Vista will be that much less in Europe then here. In fact most software costs more in Europe then in America. If you currently have Windows XP you should be able to buy an upgrade to Vista when it comes out. There will be a number of editions of Windows Vista and they should start around $200 new and $100 for an upgrade.

I found a brake down of the pricing:
Version Retail Upgrade
Ultimate $399.00 $259.00
Business $299.00 $199.95
Home Prem $239.00 $159.00
Home Basic $199.00 $99.95

There will be different versions - some cheaper than others.
The "Ultimate" has a $450 MSRP.

But I guess if you get the Home Basic, it'll be lots cheaper - maybe $233.
