I have been trying to remember the name of a film about a female punk band. Unfortunately I can't remember the film name or the actresses. I had thought one of the actresses was Lea Thompson, but I know that isn't correct.

Tehee it is Howard the Duck.....she is the lead singers!
Their is one in the 85' that had Helen hunt called 'trancer' is part of a punk rock band!
And then here is 'Satisfaction' (1988), with Justine bateman
and julie Roberts

Are you thinking of Howard the Duck? She played in an eighties rock band in that movie.
Maybe you're thinking of Prey for Rock and Roll with Gina Gershon. She wasn't really punk in that one either though.

That was called Ladies and Gentlemen..The Fabulous Stains. It was Diane Lane. I loved that movie!!!!!

It was Howard the Duck..........one of the stupidest movies of all time...but, Lea was fine back then.....
