Alaska and Hawaii.
I'm also assuming you do not understand the question. It is asking what 2 states are not part of the continental US, meaning what 2 states are not connected to the mainland. Alaska is technically (geographically) located in Canada and Hawaii is a group of islands in the Pacific.

Hawaii (an island in the Pacific Ocean) and Alaska (connected to Canada, but still a U.S. state).
How could you not know that!
...I can't blame you if you're a foreigner.
