We have 5 unrelated college kids living in one house and were just told that it is against the law.

I don't know about PA, but there was just a news story on that in Missouri (not a state law, but a county or city law of some kind). It's basically a poor excuse for keeping unwed couples and homosexuals from living together. Try getting it to hold up in a court, though. I doubt it's enforced.

I think they tried to pass something like that where I live. It was designed to keep ILLEGALS from having 4 or 5 families in a one or two bedroom house. And also an attempt to keep them from clogging up the street with cars parked everywhere.
